Menu No. 1 Inspiration - Asia

  • Appetizer - Salmon Sushi Bite Salad - Thai Mango Salad

  • Entree - Emu Carpaccio & Passion Fruit Sauce, Rice & Fresh Greens

  • Dessert - Tiramisu Moon Cake

Menu No. 2 (Vegetarian) Inspiration - Eastern Africa

  • Appetizer - Lentil Samosa Salad - Timatin (tomato salad)

  • Entree - Atakilt Wat (potato/carrots), Ades (chickpeas), Hamli (kale), Ades (lentils) spiced and served on Injera (bread)

  • Dessert - Himbasha (Ethiopian bread) with Traditional Coffee Ceremony

Menu No. 3 Inspiration - The Mediterranean

  • Appetizer - Keftedes & Tzatziki (lamb meatballs & cucumber yogurt dip)

  • Salad - Horiatiki (tomato salad, olives and feta cheese)

  • Entree - Kleftiko (braised lamb, potatoes & carrots)

  • Dessert - Milopita (spiced apple cake)
